Our Belt Feeder is a motor-driven conveyor system designed for continuous, uniform discharge of free-flowing materials such as Silica sand, aggregates, minerals, etc…. Engineered for long-distance transfer and mass flow control, it ensures stable feed rates and seamless integration with upstream hoppers and downstream Equipment’s like, Washing & Classifications or drying units.

● Frame: Heavy-duty Fabricated from suitable MS/SS profile’s
● Drive System: Shaft-mounted gear reducer (planetary or bevel) with electric motor and VFD Control
● Belt Type: Rubber with optional of anti-abrasive coating.
● Skirting & Sealing: Rubber skirts and dust enclosures to prevent spillage
